The Irony of Hate

Something that makes us all feel better, for some sick, twisted reason, is to hate on someone. For some reason that makes us feel better about ourselves even though it shouldn’t.
However, since we are too busy hating we don’t realize what is really happening when we hate somebody.

When we hate somebody, we are letting those people take over our minds. They become the only thing that we can think about and our hate for them grows in us like a tumor. Because they start to take over our minds, we hate them even more because we don’t want to think about them.

The other part that we don’t think about is that while they are consuming our minds, we don’t exist in theirs. They don’t care about what we think as long as we are thinking about THEM. That is what they want, to be the center of attention; they don’t care how they get it, they just want it. So while they are taking over your life, they are just becoming more and more popular because you can’t stop talking about them.

The BEST answer to this is to just forget about them- don’t talk to them, don’t listen to them, and don’t give them any attention. Just let go. Forgive and Forget. Once you do this, your life will be so much easier to handle. You will also feel so much happier about yourself and your life.
